This Spirit Sculpture depicts a Spirit named Astreah
Here is her Message:
Astraea represents equilibrium, cause and effect as well as balanced thought and action. She ingrains the wisdom that we all have the capability to stabilise our internal energies, finding harmony in our state of being.
There are times when we find ourselves playing the role of victim to someone else’s malicious intent. Astraea arrives to restore balance and order. We are in charge of our fate, we are powerful; but we have to first decide just how powerful we really are.

Sculpted by hand using locally-sourced Australian Clay by Spirit Artist Elena Steere. This Piece has been fired in a kiln twice, making it extremely tough and durable (which means it can be hung outdoors)
However, it is made of the same material as regular mugs and tableware, therefor it will shatter upon sudden severe impact like dropping from a height above 2m. To minimise this weakness and aid the mounting process, The Sculpture has been fused to a thick but lightweight weather-treated marine ply which has black hanging-wire on the back. The Marine ply has been painted in a black starry night outdoor acrylic and measures 41cm width, 61cm length, and 15cm depth away from the wall.
