Iberia represents the angelic spirit within all of us. While some of us may behave more heavenly than others, the core of us all remains the same; regardless of duality.

Hand-sculpted in Cairns by Elena Steere using renewable, locally-sourced Far North Queensland clay.

This piece formed a large crack during firing. Initially written off, the artist instead decided to fill the crack with Gold in a practice known as Wabi Sabi. The durability has not decreased and Iberia proves that we can still be beautiful with all of our cracks and flaws.
